When you buy from us you are purchasing either a quarter, half or whole share of a steer. At the end of the season we will deliver your steer free of charge to a local processor. You will pay us for your share of the steer and then you will pay the processor for the processing. Our pricing will include both of these costs as one estimate per packaged pound. It will also have the estimated breakdown by hanging weight for those who are interested. You will pick up your beef from the processor or we can deliver it for a small fee.
